Shipping Policy

Process Of Delivery 

1. Once order is received, Idealina will revert on the availability of the item(s) ordered and payment details which includes the shipping fee.
2. Idealina will advise on the total price including postage after we have confirmed your order.
3. The item(s) availability is/are subject to payment received from you. Idealina is not responsible when item(s) ordered may be out of stock upon receipt of payment.  Hence, please be prompt in making payment.
4.  Once payment is made, please email the payment details to Idealina at idealinalatiff@gmail.com or sms to 017-6410157 by providing details of payment i.e. the bank payment is made to; method of payment i.e. transfer or cash; date; time; amount and payment reference.
5. Only payment details that are complete and confirmed can be processed immediately. 
6. Please note that your order will not be confirmed until payment is received.  For interbank transfer payments, the order will only be processed once the credit transaction is verified.
7. You will receive notification from Idealina for confirmed order.
8. All orders will be sent out during weekdays except during Public Holidays via trusted and reliable courier service.
9. To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide correct and complete details such as address,postcode,city,state and contact number.
10. Idealina may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to techical or resources problem.
11. To avoid unhappy transaction, Idealina do not process any urgent order.
12. Idealina will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
    
    

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are not included in the prices listed unless stated.

Depending on the weight of the package, the following minimum shipping fee is charged for delivery of orders:

West Malaysia - Minimum fee of RM8

East Malaysia - Minimum fee of RM11

Sabah - Minimum fee of RM11

Sarawak - Minimum fee of RM11
